WHISKEY HORCHATA
A creamy, spiced cocktail that marries whiskey with horchata, a traditional Mexican rice drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sierra Norte White Corn Whiskey
- 3 oz horchata (store-bought or homemade)
- 0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
- Ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, horchata, and cinnamon syrup with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
